Jerrold S. Greenwood, being led by the Holy Spirit and supported by 8 followers, started O.C.C.F. October 2017 in West Point, Mississippi. His belief is that a church's success is not measured by its seating capacity, but by its sending capacity. So, our mission is to develop and deploy disciples of Christ into His harvest. Though not embraced by our current culture in Mississippi, Pastor J is totally committed to fellowship with other Believers, to ensure that every home will be reached with The Gospel of Jesus Christ. We no longer have a physical location in West Point MS, due to lack of local support. However, Pastor J leads congregations in two other cities, Carrollton (Pleasant Grove M.B. Church) and in Jackson (O.C.C.F. -Jackson). The O.C.C.F. -West Point family continues their community outreach, as well as the Backpack Snack Program. The West Point fellowship will carry on meeting from house to house until a suitable location is acquired. Pastor J continues to travel throughout the Golden Triangle, sharing Christ and loving all people. Our fellowship is satisfied with sharing Christ and assisting local churches.
